[rt-users] disable global custom fields for a given queue

Is there a way to disable the custom fields on a given queue.  I have a
custom field that I want shared between some of my queues, but do not want
it to show up in the other queues.

If I create a custom field on the individual queue, then go to the other
queue, I can not access this custom field from the first queue.  If I use
the same name, it is still considered a unique custom field and then shows
up as two fields.

Also anyone know a way to sort by custom field in the queries.  I bascically
have a billing code for one of my queues, that on a monthly basis, need to
generate a bill sorting by the custom field.
