[rt-users] How do I debug an rt error

hello,
 
I had a hardware failure and I thought i recovered everything.
 
But now i can not create a ticket. 
 
this is rt2 
 
could someone suggest how to debug this 
 
are there log files?
 
the only error i get is
 RT Error
