[rt-users] Cannot save searches

Following on from another rt-user's recent request, we also cannot save a
search (no action, no response from RT) in 
3.2.0 (upgraded from 3.0.4).

Is this feature not working? Is it working for anyone?  How would one go
about troubleshooting this?
