[rt-users] Userdatabase

We have our system with our entire userdatabase. That contains telefonenumbers, adresses, etc etc. This is an SQL database. Does anyone have done any mods to be able to use this information ?? maybe i script that loads the IDnr of customer or something?? any ideas??
