I have a few questions concerning the display of tickets in RT3.

1)  Is there a way I can add the ability to see the last updated time of the
ticket in the "Ticket I own" window?
2)  Is there a way I can change the color scheme/look and feel of RT?
3)  In the "Tickets I own" page, in what order are the tickets placed?
