[rt-users] Question/Problem with Scrips/Templates

I imagine this has been answered before, but as the archives are offline
please forgive me for asking it again.

I have just started playing around with making a Scrip to send a template.
With the Scrip 'On Comment, Autoreply To Requestors with Template welcome',
I, the requestor, receive the expected email.  If I change the Script to
'On Comment, Notify Requestors with Template welcome', the mail is not
received.

Reading Appendix 3 in the draft (April 13, 2003) documentation I see that
notify requestors ought to email the ticket's requestor.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?  A configuration issue?
The template is obviously not the problem, since it can be sent.

The relevant log entries are (removed some identifying information):

   #1317/10186 - Scrip 17 on comment, welcome requestors (/opt/rtdev-3.0.9/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:92)
   No recipients found. Not sending.  (/opt/rtdev-3.0.9/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:257)

However, this doesn't make much sense to me, as I assume the recipients
for 'notify requestors' are the same as the recipients for 'autoreply
to requestors'.

Any help would be appreciated.
