::
:: I have RT (3.0.11) installed and the web interface is working like a
:: champ. However, when I attempt to setup the email side of it, I never see
:: a ticket created.  Here's what I have in my /etc/aliases:
::
::  cs-i:         "|/usr/local/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue csi --action
:: correspond --url http://mysite/"
::
:: of course, mysite is my auctual domain. This is a FreeBSD 4.9 box with
:: Apache 1.3.31 and mod_perl on it. I am not running sendmail, but I am
:: running postfix. newaliases has been run and Im seeing the mail hit the
:: server like it's supposed to, but it appears as though RT isnt auctually
:: doing anything with it. Any suggestions on where to look are more than
:: welcome.  Thanks!
::
::  -Nick
