[rt-users] Why is default scrip not triggered?

RT 3.0.10-Default scrips only. No custom scripts defined yet.
I have a group of 5 people defined. I've set this group as an AdminCC watcher
for the ticket in question. I then add a comment to the ticket with the
"type" field set to "Comment(not sent to requestors)".
I'm expecting the default scrip "On Comment Notify AdminCcs as Comment with
template Admin Comment" to be triggered and an email sent to the group. It's
not happening. What have I missed?
