These are temporary files/directories created by, IIRC,
MIME::Entity. It is a known issue that they are not properly cleaned
up and a solution is being investigated. The workaround for now is to
run cron jobs to clean the /tmp directory. If you are running Redhat
or Fedora, you can install the tmpwatch package.
