[rt-users] Email to RT auto-creates a new ticket

I would start with the SETTING UP THE MAIL GATEWAY section of the
documentation and see if you can fit your Exchange server in the mix
(forward from Exchange to an MTA running on Unix would be pretty easy, I
would think, and from there, follow directions).
