[rt-users] Corrupted PDFs

We are having the same issue with corrupted PDFs that others have reported
here recently.  I went through the archives, the manual, Google, and the
Wiki pages and can't find any references to how this issue is actually
resolved.

Is there a fix for this problem?  Basically, PDFs arrive as attachments and
are reported as such by RT.  However, when we open them, all we get are
blank pages.  This happens even with very small PDF files, of about 20K in
size.
