[rt-users] Help with queues and fetchmail

I'm using a box with the following:-

Redhat 9.0
RT-3.0.9
PERL-5.8.0
I hace 4 queues namely hardware,support,sales and networking and my 
correspond address is whatever at example.com so what i want to know is  
how do I configure rt so that if mail is send to whatever at example.com 
and it's a hardware request to go to the hardware queue and if it's for 
support to go the support queue.
