[rt-users] command line interface with Apache Authentication

FYI, if any one is wondering.........
I fix the problem :-) :-)
by adding below line before send a request.
$req->authorization_basic($config{user}, $config{passwd});
don't know why the LWP::Useragent::credentials did not work.
