What do you mean by released? Do you mean resolved?

Here is my QuickSearch which adds stalled tickets. I 
have been trying to figure out how to do it with
callbacks but I'm not sure it can be done cleanly.

Note that I add the calls to $Tickets->IgnoreType so 
that even approvals would be shown.
