[rt-users] extra status

[vinita vigine MURUGIAH]

HI
I'm planing to have some intermediate status,

RT/Queue_Overlay.pm::@ACTIVE_STATUS = qw(new open stalled reopened 
waiting), will it work?? Do I need to do any other changes??
