I've just done it now, and it worked...

But if I didn't have the same lines on the screen 
(/etc/init.d/apache-perl stop and /etc/init.d/apache-perl start) I had 
thought I was going mad...

Not only I am sure I did it last week, but I have the very same lines on 
my console, I typed them friday...
