[rt-users] Display ticket dependency hierarchy

Has anyone produced anything which will display a ticket hierarchy
according to dependencies? Nothing sophisticated; just an ASCII diagram
would do:

1000
  |
  +-- 1002
  |     |
  |     +-- 1003
  |
  +-- 1004
