Ok.
1) If you didn't apply patch then apply it(even if it fails on 
Tickets_Overlay_SQL.pm).
2) run rtx-shredder script
3) look in logs and see if it deleted any records, if not then it's bad. 
stop here. report back.
4) rerun script with same argument. script should report that Tickets 
list is empty.
5) success, report back.
