[rt-users] Reverse Histroy listing in ticket

Hi,
I'd like to be able to reverse the listing order in the history part of 
a ticket. What happens is there to scroll down to the last email sent is 
sometimes difficult as it can take a while to do so if there are quite a 
few. Where do I start?
