[rt-users] Encoding Problem

Hi,

i have a Problem with my RT Installation...

Environment:
- RT 3.0.11
- perl 5.8.4
- mysql 4.0.20
- apache 2.0.50 (via cgi, not fast_cgi)

I'v configured RT to use UTF-8 Encoding and configured apache
accordingly. Nontheless the created html-code is NOT UTF-8 but
ISO-8859-1. Any Ideas where to look for solution?
