[rt-users] auto-assign ticket owner based on From or To Headers

Is there a way to auto-assign a ticket to an owner?  I already use
rt-mailgate to sort out queue's.  I would like to setup an alias
user3-queue at domain.com, where that email would automagically be
assigned to user3 in said queue.
