[rt-users] RES: Browser's Authentication show up every time!!

Do these users actually exist in the RT user database?
($WebExternalAuth verifies that a username/password combination is
valid, but the user also needs to be created in RT, given rights,
etc...)

Apache is doing the Authentication... and RT knows through
$WebExternalAuth variable....

This isn't nearly enough information to suggest where the problem
is. What's doing the ldap authentication, RT or Apache? If apache's
doing the auth, did you tell RT to use external auth?
