Install using the exe package and afterwards edit the RT_SiteConfig to
use Oracle and somehow get the starter database into it.
Oneway todo that is to dump all the mysql data to file using insert
statements and by hand create the schema for Oracle and import the dump.
Easier would be to install RT from source on a Linux/Unix  box and use
Oracle as a backup from there.
