[rt-users] error opening rt login page!

hi,

Am using rt3.0.10, mysql4, RHEL AS 2.4.21, perl 5.8.0.

All of a sudden, i get the following when i try open my RT web
(instead of the usual login page):

The RT error, httpd error logs dont show ma anything useful,

what could be the problem here?
