I am confused about your question. When you merge ticket 4 into into
ticket 1,  any information from ticket 4 is added into the already
existing information in ticket 1.

Nothing is deleted; the tickets are just merged.

Maybe the merge function is not what you ment to use? Maybe you just
wanted to use the parent-child, or the refers-to functions?
