[rt-users] rt2-to-rt3 "Couldn't create trans"

Hello,

I did the RT2 dump on the RT2 machine, and then scp'd the DUMPDIR over 
to the new box, with functioning RT3 (3.4.1) install.  After make 
drop-db, I tried the import:

# perl dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 DUMPDIR
