[rt-users] RE: Newline handling.

After a little bit of testing I found the following:

1 newline turns into a <br>
2 newlines stays as 2 newlines

So:
1
2

3

4

Turns into:
1<br>2

3

4

Where do I go to change this behavior so it ends up as this:
1<br>2<br><br>3<br><br>4
