[rt-users] Cannot delete user from Users table

I realized that deleting the users from the Users and Principals table 
doesn't help .  After going through the archive i found out that  the only 
way to delete users is by changing their userid and e-mail address to 
something else.

Principals. You are headed for trouble modifying the tables directly.
It's clear you don't know what you are doing. Not a put-down. You
just need to know that you are headed for trouble.
