[rt-users] Best way to upgrade from 3.4.2?

Dear List,

I saw the announcement yesterday and was wondering where the latest upgrade 
info is?

Do I need to pretend I am installing it from scratch and then do a "make 
upgrade" after configuring 3.4.3?
