[rt-users] making change owner show nickname

Is there a way to make the "people" screen show the person's "nickname" 
or "real name" from their user config, instead of their username?  That 
would help a lot for some of our supervisors, who would more easily be 
able to assign tickets at a glance if we could use the first name in the 
department.
