Hi Christian,
you can't go directly from 2.015 to 3.4.3 you have to go first to 3.0.x and
then to 3.4.3
Btw. If your migration works well, pls inform me if you like, because i'm
trying also to migrate...

Hi,
first: Thanks for RT. We are using it happily for about 4 years now.
I'm currently trying to move our old RT instance (2.0.15) to a current
version (3.4.3) and am using the rt2-to-rt3 tools.
When it tries to import the first (of about 3000) ticket it dies on this
transition:

Any ideas?
