[rt-users] Can the Search mechanism search ticket content?

I'm a little confused here:

I don't speak of the Query Builder.  I refer to the regular "Search" button 
in the top-right corner of my RT 3.4.2 home page.  There is no "Advanced" 
button there.  I'd dearly like to have an Advanced button there.

Did I miss something?
