OK, my fault. I made the wrong archive available for download, and
didn't even realize my mistake when someone pointed out that it said
RC1.

The version that I actually posted was pre-RTx and is missing a lot of
fixes.

I've made the correct one available at the download site, and removed
the old ones.  The filename is RTx-Statistics-0.1.6.tar.gz.
