[rt-users] Perl trouble - before I can install rt-3.4.0

I wouldn't say I know anything about perl or rt but ill venture a guess...

Have you run cpan before?

I had a similiar error not more than 20 mins ago on a test rhel 3 server on which I just upgraded perl. 

Try running :  cpan 
or 
perl MCPAN -e
