[rt-users] Autogenerating emails when ticket is created

Hi I am running RT 3.4.1 over https and for some reason the person that
creates a ticket, does not receive an email. I am using the default scrips
that are associated with a queue. The error reported in the log file is
below.

 

Any help on this would be appreciated.
