[rt-users] downloading file custom fields

Under RT 3.4.1, I'm having a bit of trouble getting the URL for 
downloading a file stored in a file CF ("FileCustomField").  I'm able 
to get the filename via:

   $ticket->FirstCustomFieldValue('FileCustomField')

I'm unable to figure out how to get the file's download URL.  Any help 
would be appreciated.
