Has there been any talk of having the attachments on the file system, 
rather than inside a database table ?

My Attachments table has reached 4 gig and now I am sitting with a 
problem. We have a product that used to store the files inside a 
database, but we have changed this, putting the files on the file. It 
gave the system a big performance increase and database recovery much 
easier.
