Question tho, when editing a ticket's child tickets, I get the following
message:

What setting is pulling in the fsck.com ...

And what should be in that field?

As is indicated at the top of RT_Config.pm, do not make changes to
that file.  Make your changes in the RT_SiteConfig.pm file.
