[rt-users] HTTPD.CONF problems please help

For our environment, we just use http://host.example.com

If you want to use the /rt, I believe you would need to change the 
location to /rt and set the set($WebPath, "/rt") part of your 
RT_SiteConfig.pm. 

Don't forget to CC the list on your replies.
