[rt-users] importing email from mailboxes

Hi,

to have a good history of events that are tracked by an RT instance i
want to import some mailboxes into RT. I couldn't find any 'prior art'
on this subject in the wiki or in any of the RT-contributes code. Does
anybody know if there is any 'prior art' on this?

I can think of at least 2 ways of doing this: using the 'rt'
commandline and using RT libraries. Which is best, or is there an even
better method?
