What is the correct nomenclature for a template to notify CCs?


I have the following, but I think my first line is wrong.

This ticket pertains to the subject: {$Tickets{"TOP"}->Subject}

I need to put in the basics of the ticket here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
