Hello,
I just noticed that request-tracker3.4.1 is sending mail with 8-bit
unicode characters in the subject.
This maybe due to the fact, that some mail-clients (Outlook Express) do
send 8 bit characters within the subject of the originating request.
Is there a way to make rt3 convert those characters into Base64 or
QuotedPrintable encodIng?
