[rt-users] Selecting users to be cc' and admin ccd from a drop down

Has anyone set their RT system to have a drop down list for the CC and
Admin CC fields... like when you do a new ticket?  Currently we have to
type it in and it would be nice to have it just pull from the user list.


If you've done it, can you explain what  and how you did it?
