[rt-users] Problems with RT escalate script

Hi all,

Is there a workaround to prevent the:

	RT::Action::EscalatePriority=HASH(0x9179674) was created 
	without a CurrentUser

message? There are numerous posts about this in the list archives
but no clear fix.
