[rt-users] (no subject)

I try to setup RTFM 2.1 with NoAuth so 'anonymous' users can view the
FAQ entries.
 
However, after installing RTFM 2.1 from svn, there is nothing regarding
RTFM in the NoAuth..
 
Howto get this one work?
