[rt-users] Invisible Ticket Actions at top of ticket in 3.4.2

I upgraded to RT 3.4.2 from 3.4.1 yesterday. Since the upgrade, the
Ticket Actions (Reply, Resolve, Comment, Steal, etc) that we used to see
at the top of the ticket are now the same color as the background. Does
anyone know how to fix that?
