[rt-users] move rt3 to another server

so, should i:

- copy the rt3 db from /var/lib/mysql/rt3 box1 (rt 3.0.10) to
   /var/lib/mysql/rt3 box2 (3.4.1),
- upgrade the new copied rt3 db on box2
- and rt should now pick up the imported db and settings on
   box2?
