[rt-users] Responce not going to requestor

As far as I know it is the default behavior. Do you have specific
examples?

Hi,

When someone correspond on a ticket via email the reponces are not going

to the requestor, i wasn't able to find where the setting is located ( i

only checked briefly ) anyone had this issue before ?
