[rt-users] Postgres to MySQL

No problem. One of the reasons is because RT seems "designed" for MySQL.
Also, MySQL seems a little easier to use and we don't really need the
additional functionality of Postgres for RT. And, thinking to future
releases of RT, we want the upgrades to go as smoothly as possible.
