[rt-users] RE: Custom field for "Billed" status?

I want to use RT to track which tickets have been billed, should I
create a custom field or is there a better way of doing this?

I currently have a custom field, but it is hard to update all tickets at
once presuming that they have been exported into TSV for billing.

Any suggestions?
